1. How should I pay for my order? What is the process of this purchase?
We accept TT via bank. Begin with a 30% prepayment, prompting us to initiate production.
Once your machine is ready, we will send you photos, after which you can complete the balance payment.
Upon receipt of your payment, we will promptly dispatch the machine to you.
2. How is your after-sales service? Can your engineer speak fluent English?
We offer comprehensive support from the moment you receive your machine, including installation guidance and operational training. Typically, we provide assistance through email or Skype. Our engineers bring years of CNC machine expertise and speak fluent English, ensuring quick and effective problem resolution.
3.Are you a factory or trading company?

For standard machines, expect delivery within 7-10 days. For non-standard and customized machines tailored to specific client requirements, delivery takes 15 to 30 days.

Upon the shipment's departure, we will promptly dispatch all the original documents directly to you via DHL. This package will include the essential Packing List, detailed Commercial Invoice, Bill of Lading, and any other certificates as necessitated by your requirements.

The castings of our CNC machinery are meticulously crafted from premium HT250 and HT300 materials. They undergo a rigorous process of two temper treatments and one vibration aging session.
