Main Features

(1) X-axis: Fixed beam along the two side bed, guide horizontal motion.
X-axis Transmission system adopts ac servomotor, after the gear reducer reduce speed, drive the gear rotation. It can realize the X-axis linear movement accurately. X axis is double drives
(2) Y-axis: Grinding heads along the beam, the guide rail horizontal motion.
Y-axis Transmission system adopts ac servomotor, after the gear reducer reduce speed, drive the gear rotation, It can realize the Y-axis linear movement accurately 
(3) Z-axis: Grinding head ram over slide, the guide rail moves up and down. 
Z-axis Transmission system adopts ac servomotor, after the gear reducer reduce speed, drive the gear rotation. It can realize the Z-axis linear movement accurately.

The Main Configuration of the Machine Tool

(1)NC system adopts Fanuc 0iMater CNC system.
(2) X, Y, Z guide rail adopts precision linear roller guide rail; C axis adopts hydrostatic guide rail transmission to ensure the machine accuracy and service life.
(3) X, Y, Z way all adopts transmission of gear and rack.
(4) In the three-transmission system, adopts NC software limitation, electrical limitation and many control system to make sure a safe work environment.
(5) Bed material:Worktable adopts H250 casting, artificial aging treatment, worktable adopts HT250 cast iron and 16Mn steel plate welded together, artificial aging treatment and stress relieving after welding,( 580ºC of the annealing temperature);base and frame adopts 16Mn steel plate-welded, Stress relieving after welding (580ºC of the annealing temperature).
(6) All gear for machine tool adopts hard tooth surface nitriding treatment, high hardness, wear resistance.
